Christine’s Hope for Kids has generously donated $5,000 to the Hopewell Valley YMCA’s Strong Kids Fund. The donation kicks off the YMCA’s annual Strong Kids campaign. Jean and John Gianacaci presented the check to the YMCA during the after school program at the Toll Gate Grammar School, one of five Hopewell Valley Regional Schools served by the YMCA.

Pictured receiving the check are: YMCA Board Directors Jennifer Tracy, John Phillips, Suzette Belder-Carr, CEO Doug Pszczolkowski, YMCARE Participant Fiona Rockey, Christine’s Hope for Kids President Jean Gianacaci and Christine’s Hope for Kids Board Member John Gianacaci.
“This donation is to provide financial assistance for local children to participate in the YMCA’s many worthwhile programs and services,” stated Jean Gianacaci, President of Christine’s Hope for Kids.
Hopewell Valley YMCA CEO Douglas Pszczolkowski expressed deep gratitude to the Gianacaci Family and Christine’s Hope for Kids. “Families come to the YMCA for programs and services because they want quality programs at affordable prices. Through the generosity of Christine’s Hope for Kids, the YMCA is able to provide more local families with access to safe before and after-school programs, summer camp, and youth development activities.” The Hopewell Valley YMCA provided over $27,000 in financial assistance to families for before/after-school and summer camp in 2010.
The Hopewell Valley YMCA is currently accepting registrations for summer camp, before & after school care, swimming lessons, dance, indoor tennis, and digital photography.
