Introduction to Taichi

Discover the essence of movement and life itself. Tai Chi increases your balance, body awareness, muscle tone, flexibility and reduces stress. This class will take you on a journey of relaxation.

Spring I: March 4, 11, 18, April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 Tuesday 10:45-11:45am
