Walking for your Health - Ages 18+
This group will walk the neighborhood of Pennington while discussing nutrition. The class will begin with warm up stretching and end with a cool down. Each participant will receive a pedometer and the instructor will track your mileage and progress. This is a great way to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Spring II: May 4-June 28 (No program May 26)
Fee: $25 ($30 with babysitting) Monday & Wednesday 9:30-10:30am
